Advertisers
By advertising on Saleswork you agree to abide by the following terms:
- You will only post sales jobs (including Retail, Customer Services and Call Centre) and nothing else. For example, Saleswork will not accept "work from home" type vacancies unless the job descriptions specifically demonstrates a sales or similar aspect to the role advertised. The only exception to this will be posted on Self Employed/Franchise Opportunities and no where else.
- No jobs posted on the site will be of an "adult" or equally unsavoury nature. In the case of any doubt the owners and representatives of Saleswork reserve the right to remove any vacancy what so ever with no consultation with the advertiser or their representatives.
- If you cannot make a payment via Paypal and would prefer an invoice sent to you, this is allowed. Please continue with the registration and an invoice will be emailed to you shortly. You can log into your account to update your profile straightaway. Once payment has been received, you can log in to your account to post sales jobs and retrieve candidates applying for your jobs.
- Saleswork reserve the right to barr any users of this site with no consultation with the advertiser or their representatives. In all matters the decision by the owners and representatives of Saleswork is final. This web site is specifically for advertising sales jobs to sales professionals, therefore we ask you to respect our terms and conditions when using this site.
- The advertiser is responsible for maintaining their account including downloading applicants' CV's and removing historic sales jobs (i.e. sales jobs no longer available).
- Saleswork.co.uk is not responsible for alerting the advertiser to candidates applying for any job advertised, it is the advertiser's responsibility to ensure all candidates applying have their CV's downloaded and removed from the advertisers response box to make space for new applications.
Jobseekers
By registering your CV on Saleswork you agree to abide by the following terms:
- That you will not hold Saleswork responsible for your CV and details.
- That you are willing to be contacted by employers and recruitment consultants.
- That you are responsible for maintaining your details on the Saleswork website.
- If you forget your password Saleswork will not be responsible for editing or removing your details. You must apply for a new password instead.
- Should you not maintain your CV and details on the Saleswork website, it will be automatically removed after 12 months.
- That your CV is your personal property, it is your responsibility to remove or update your details by logging into the Jobseekers Area here, your CV can be viewed by a potential employer or recruiter for the express use of employment for or on behalf of an employer. Your CV will also be visible to subscribers of www.saleswise.co.uk CV database by recruiters and employers only. Once you are no longer looking for a new position you must remove your details unless you specifically wish to be contacted for employment opportunities, for more information please visit: http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2003/20032426.htm. Saleswork.co.uk will at all times make every effort to ensure you are only contacted by a genuine recruiter or employer, if you are contacted by anyone via the Saleswork.co.uk web site that in your opinion is not a genuine employer or recruiter please contact us immediately for further investigation.
When registering for Jobs by Email:
You will be notified of all jobs in your preferred location/industry sector
when your location/industry sector has had a new vacancy listed, if no
new vacancy is listed in your desired industry/location you will not receive
an email. We will email you once a week to prevent clogging up your email
account. You can still visit Saleswork daily to find all the latest jobs.
Only featured jobs are forwarded, not lineage sales job postings.
You can only apply for a lineage job posted on Saleswork by registering your CV here, this will create an account for you to apply for any sales job listed, free of charge.
Your email address will not be passed on to any third parties. You will only receive emails from www.saleswise.co.uk or www.saleswork.co.uk when you subscribe to this free service.
