Field Sales / Business Development Manager to £35,000 + bonus + car + benefits
Location: Home based – use of North / South HQ as required
A fantastic opportunity to prove your sales and account management skills in a rapidly growing and successful property, security and facilities management company.
The Field Sales / Business Development Manager will develop sales leads through sales and marketing initiatives, contacts, prospecting, networking and researching and developing new markets and customers. The role of Sales / Business Development Manager will then involve an element of Key Account Management (KAM), ensuring client accounts are running smoothly and achieving budgeted revenue and profit targets.
Our client is a new division of the UK's leading provider of integrated property and security services servicing a huge range of public and private sector clients across Europe.
The successful Sales / Business Development Manager must demonstrate strong sales experience gained within a customer focused environment. The role demands excellent organisational, time management and sales and communication skills. Computer literacy and numeracy skills are a pre-requisite, with the ability to draft sales proposals and to deliver professional customer presentations.
Knowledge of the property, facilities management, security sector is advantageous but not essential. Most important is the ability to sell and the drive and enthusiasm to be successful in a role and company where success is encouraged and rewarded well.
